Essex Plus 10 Filter Breathing Unit

The Essex Plus 10 is the best filter smokehood available. It is small and discrete enough that you can and will carry it! Package size is 4½" x 7" x 1½" and weighs 1 lb. It will easily fit inside a briefcase or purse. The blue canvas storage case protects the integrity of the hermetically sealed inner foil pouch. The hood is engineered from 7.5 mil Teflon with a rated temperature of 590°F. The self sealing silicon neck seal requires no adjustments and provides a sure barrier to smoke and toxic gases - even for those with long hair, beards or glasses. One size fits individuals from a size 11 to size 17½ neck. There is no internal mouthpiece, so your ability to speak is not impaired. The mulilayer filter incorporates a Nomex III flame barrier, electrostatic particulate screen, active carbon acid gas, base, & hydrocarbon filter, the single best carbon monoxide filter available, and a heat sink. The unit allows for 360° visibility. 5 year renewable shelf life. Can be carried on board commercial airlines. Instruction card fixed to inner foil package.
